Anthropologie Sale Favorites

I live for Anthropologie sales. It's honestly the only time I ever buy anything from there! This weekend only, they're holding a 25% off sale, which is the largest discount I've seen on non clearance items. You need to be a perks member (it's free to sign up and they basically just want to send you emails) but it's so worth it for the discount! You can learn more about AnthroPerks HERE.

A Haunted Holiday Home Tour

Happy Fall! I'm super excited, not only about today's post but our new blog! A Magical Mama. I feel like that name just sums up my love for Disney magic and creating a magical holiday home for my kids. Growing up my mom would always decorate our home each holiday and as a child, it was the most magical thing ever. I remember helping her open the plastic storage bins and getting out all the decor. I won't lie, there have been times when I say I'm not going to decorate or just keep it simple but then I think back to my childhood and really enjoyed that my mom put thought and effort into making each holiday special for my sister and I. I hope that my kids will remember our holidays together and when they come back once they're grown, they'll feel a bit of nostalgia when they see the things from their childhood home.

The Happiest Birthday on Earth

We celebrated Finn turning 2 a few weeks ago and it was so much fun!! By now a lot of you know we are a bit Disney obsessed. I've been wanting to throw some kind of Disney birthday party since Copeland was a baby but I just never really knew how I could pull it off. After all, most things Disney related for birthdays are more aimed towards the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme. Lots of black, red and yellow and that wasn't what I wanted. I wanted Disneyland, not just Mickey Mouse. The feeling you get when you're walking down Main Street, USA. The fun music, the yummy spells from the ice creamery, and the magic that is Disneyland.
Music makes or breaks a party in my opinion so the playlist is what really gave me inspiration to the whole party! I've included a link to my Disneyland playlist that we used throughout the party. It's composed of Disneyland rides and the Esplanade and it's truly magical! There's even the music to Soarin' on there. One of our favorite rides! And of course the teacups because that ride music is just SO Disneyland.
